On August 15, 2023, the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amending the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Medicines” was approved.
In order to clarify and enlighten the changes, innovations, different aspects of the law, a meeting was held at the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health for the heads of representative offices, branches and agencies of international companies operating in the field of pharmacology and pharmaceuticals in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In this regard, the Center’s specialists answered the questions and explained the points of concern. Discussions were held on a number of innovations.
