Implementation of the relevant provisions of the “Strategy for the socio-economic development of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2022-2026”, approved by the Decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic dated July 22, 2022, as well as the organization and management of medical institutions, ensuring their development in accordance with modern requirements, economic and purpose application of organizationally effective management methods, strategic management of financial and human resources and improving the quality of medical services, Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health conducts a series of trainings for private medical entities.
The trainings are intended for heads of medical institutions, chief physicians, managers, personnel officers, doctors, persons responsible for the sanitary and epidemiological situation, marketing specialists working in the healthcare sector and other persons interested in this training.
The trainings planned for 2023-2024 will take place in AEC. With the support of the Ministry of Health, in addition to employees of the Medical Control Department of the Center, representatives of other institutions were involved in the training as speakers.
The first training took place on September 29, 2023. During the training, presentations were made, questions were answered, and discussions were held for participating specialists from various private medical institutions on topics such as “Human resource management in medical institutions, formation of personnel strategy”, “Health care system and organization: Health policy, basic concepts and international experience.”
Considering the relevance of the training topics, the development of healthcare in modern times and the need to further improve medical services, it can be noted that these trainings will be useful.
