In January 2026, a total of 48 pharmaceutical facilities were inspected by the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health. From these inspections, 10 were conducted in the Baku city, while 38 took place in pharmacies located in other cities and districts of the republic.
From mentioned conducted inspections, 32 were planned and 16 were unplanned.
As a result of the inspections, various violations were identified in 7 pharmacies. Relevant administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Articles 452.1, 452.2, and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
