As a result of inspections, deficiencies were found in 9 pharmacies, 8 of which are located in the regions. Once again, we inform citizens that if they have doubts about the quality of medicines purchased at a pharmacy, they can report this to the Analytical Expertise Center. When faced with such situations, a citizen can contact the “Single Window” sector of the AEC or contact the “hotline”. Citizens can also use the “Write Us” section on the AEC website www.pharma.az, upload a photo of the box of the bought medicine, a receipt for the purchase and the address of the pharmacy, as well as provide information about the medicine imported into the country illegally. In this case, the AEC begins an investigation in the specified pharmaceutical organization regarding the medicinal product specified in the complaint and takes appropriate measures.
