Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health conducted 37 inspections of pharmacies during February 2024: 1 scheduled and 1 unscheduled in Baku and 23 planned and 12 unscheduled in other cities and regions of the republic. During inspections, deficiencies were identified in 4 pharmacies, and 9 types of medicines (38 boxes) were confiscated. Protocols were drawn up under articles 215.4, 452.3, 452.4 of the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic on Administrative Offenses.
