In September 2026, the Analytical Expertise Centre of the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic conducted inspections at a total of 110 pharmacies. Of these, one inspection took place at a pharmacy in Baku, while 109 were conducted at pharmacies in other cities and districts of the republic.
There were 105 scheduled inspections and 5 unscheduled ones.
As a result of the inspections, various deficiencies were identified at 26 pharmacies. In connection with these violations, relevant administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Articles 215.4, 452.1, 452.2, 452.3 and 452.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Azerbaijan
