İn October 2026, the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health conducted inspections at a total of 80 pharmacies. Of these inspections, 9 took place in Baku, while 71 were conducted at pharmacies located in other cities and districts of the country.
A total of 79 inspections were planned, while 1 were unplanned.
Various violations were identified at 24 pharmacies as a result of the inspections. In connection with these cases, relevant administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Articles 215.4 , 221.1 ,452.1 ,452.2 ,452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
