In May 2025, the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted planned inspections at 38 pharmacies — 12 in Baku and 26 in other cities and regions of the country.
During the inspections, violations were found in 4 pharmacies. Protocols were drawn up in accordance with Articles 452.1 and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
