In July 2025, the AEC of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducted inspections in 48 pharmacies totally. From these, 21 were located in Baku, and 27 in other cities and regions of the country.
Among the inspections, 10 were scheduled, 37 were unscheduled, and 1 was an out-of-scope audit.
As a result of the inspections, various violations were identified in 19 pharmacies. Administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Articles 210.1, 221.1, 452.1, and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
