On July 5, at AEC of the Ministry of Health, based on requests made by representatives of importing companies, a meeting was held to answer questions and hear proposals that arose in connection with changes in Article 14-1 (“Biologically active food products”) of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On Medicines” dated May 31, 2024.
At the meeting with the participation of the Deputy General Director, lawyers and experts from AEC, the problems faced by entrepreneurs were heard, and answers were given to questions falling within the competence of the Analytical Expertise Center. The proposals voiced at the meeting were recorded for reporting to CEO.
