In July, the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health conducted inspections at a total of 78 pharmacies. Of these inspections, 55 were carried out at pharmacies in Baku, while 23 took place in other cities and regions of the country.The inspections comprised 51 scheduled, 26 unscheduled, and 1 non-routine inspection.The results revealed various violations at 11 pharmacies.
Relevant administrative protocols were drawn up regarding the identified violations in accordance with Articles 215.4, 221.1, 452.3, and 452.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
