The Ministry of Health’s Analytical Expertise Center conducted inspections of 28 pharmacies in November 2025. Of these, 24 were in Baku, and the remaining four were in other cities and regions of the country.
Scheduled inspections were conducted at 22 pharmacies, and unscheduled inspections were conducted at six pharmacies. During the monitoring, deficiencies were identified at five pharmacies. Reports were drawn up under Articles 452.1 and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
