In February 2026, a total of 98 inspections were conducted at pharmaceutical establishments by the Analytical Expertise Center under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Of these, 23 inspections were carried out in pharmacies located in the city of Baku, while 75 inspections were conducted in pharmacies situated in other cities and districts of the republic.
Of the inspections conducted, 77 were scheduled, 20 were unscheduled, and one was conducted outside the standard inspection framework.
As a result, various violations were identified in 31 pharmacies. In connection with the detected violations, relevant administrative protocols were drawn up under Articles 215.4, 221.1, 452.1, 452.3, and 452.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
