The fifth meeting of the WHO National Network of Biological Control Laboratories was held in Bangkok, Thailand, in December 2023. The meeting raised topical issues such as mechanisms for quality control of biopharmaceuticals, especially vaccines, and heard reports from various countries on the development of new instrumental analysis methods and work done in this area to reduce the use of animals in testing.
On the last day of the meeting, group discussions were held, proposals were presented to optimize the work of the specified network (WHO-National Network of Biological Control Laboratories) and increase its efficiency. Experts answered questions.
Our republic was represented at the meeting by Chingiz Shukurov, an employee of Analytical Expertise Center of MOH.
