During August 2025, the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health conducted inspections in the 22 pharmacies totally. 11 of these inspections were conducted in pharmacies located in Baku, and 11 in other cities and regions of the republic.
8 inspections were planned, and 14 were unplanned.
As a result of the inspections, various violations were detected in 5 pharmacies, and relevant administrative protocols were drawn up in connection with Articles 452.1 and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
