The Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health is implementing a number of measures aimed at fully and promptly considering citizens’ appeals and bringing their reception in line with modern requirements. Taking into account the elimination of bureaucratic barriers in the business environment of Azerbaijan, the improvement of the business climate in the country, as well as the fact that the “Bir Pəncərə” (Single Window) system is one of the main elements of the e-government, the sector “Bir Pəncərə” was established a few years ago under the Document Circulation Department of the Analytical Expertise Center.
