In July 2023, Analytical Expertise Center of MOH conducted scheduled and unscheduled inspections in 31 pharmacies. As a result of inspections, deficiencies were found in 2 pharmacies and protocols were drawn up in accordance with Articles 452.2 and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Control checks in pharmacies are carried out in accordance with the requirements. “On the procedure for conducting checks in the field of entrepreneurship and protecting the interests of entrepreneurs”, approved by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 2, 2013 and the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 15, 2011 “Form of a unified data register inspections carried out in the field of entrepreneurship. In accordance with the legislation, scheduled (regular) and unscheduled inspections are carried out on the basis of incoming complaints, information and requests. When conducting inspections at a pharmaceutical enterprise, the Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Medicines”, “On Licenses and Permits”, “On Public Health Protection” and the Collegium of the Ministry of Health “On Approval of Certain Regulatory Legal Acts Regulating Pharmaceutical Activities” dated 11.01. 2018 Control over compliance with the requirements of the applications approved by Decision No. 01 is carried out.
