In December 2025, a total of 25 pharmacies were inspected by the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health. Of these, 9 inspections took place in Baku, and 16 in pharmacies located in other cities and districts of the republic.
Out of all inspections, 11 were planned, and 14 were unplanned.
As a result of the inspections, various violations were identified in 7 pharmacies, and relevant administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Articles 210.1, 452.1, and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
