What should we report?


  • An adverse reaction which results in death, is life-threatening, requires in-patient hospitalization or prolongation of existing hospitalization, results in persistent or significant disability or incapacity, or is a congenital anomaly/birth defect 
  • Unserious adverse drug reactions.
  • Expected adverse drug reactions (which is shown in the product info).
  • Unexpected additional adverse drug reactions (which is not shown in the product info).
  • About ineffectiveness.
   The Ministry of Health Analytical Expertise Center of the Azerbaijan Republic recommends that all suspicious adverse drug reactions which obtained during the use of medicines and other medical products (including medical plant, traditional and alternative medicines) should be reported. Especially, all adverse drug reactions should be reported when using medicines under additional monitoring.
